MeDoraH Metadata Structure
Introduction:
The MeDoraH Metadata Structure is a framework for documenting Oral History interviews. It covers four key stages: Planning Stage, Interview Details, Processing Details and Publication & Access. The structure aims to standardise Oral History metadata, capture comprehensive information throughout the interview lifecycle, enhance discoverability and preservation of Oral History resources, and maintain interoperability with existing metadata standards. It is based on the 'Metadata Elements for Oral History_1.1' by the Oral History Association Metadata Task Force (OHAMTF) and recommends the use of controlled vocabularies where applicable.
